there may be enterprise planner where the user does not exist since the email is going to a group, where assign to user ID may not be possible.

How do you add the body of the email to the notes of the planner?
Had the same question. You need to add "Update task details" in the same flow to add the body.
Yes and then what is the Task ID? Ive put “Subject” as the task ID but it didnt work…
This automation is not really useful if you don't capture the body of the email.
