I own a wagon r for about 20 years and I can assure you that it is the most reliable car! It is actually a tool on wheels and it can get you litteraly everywhere. I wish I had more time and money to unlock its potentials!
I owned a 2002 Suzuki wagon R+ as my first car. I paid £470 for her in 2016. Best car I ever had and have never got the same satisfaction from any other car. I could drive a £45K+ motor and still admire the quirkiness of my Wagon R+. If you accept, you can't afford to crash and lose your legs on the solid plastic shelving under the steering wheel, which I'm sure Suzuki changed in later wagon R's 😂 I know they did on the Ignis. Also accept they aren't a racing car (unbelievably capable for what they are) the 1.3L petrol engine was impressive considering the power to weight ratio. They're amazing in my opinion. To the point, utilitarian and solid, simple. They'll be gems 💎 in the future. Will I buy one again? Abso Bloody Loutly... 🥰

I currently own a 2003 wagon r S limited....great condition outside and interior.....but engine smokes and the gearbox is noisy in most gears....drives great but wondering what to do with it next as i don't have the facilities to repair it.

What an interesting car, never seen anything like it. Shame on Halfords though. When I got my first car, a Ka it needed new brake pads after a couple of months, Halfords said it would be £300, was going to pay it as I had no idea but went to a small independent garage who did disks and pads for just over £100, used them for everything until I got my current car which is under manufacturer warranty.

Sound like a certain garage chain taking advantage of a lady's ignorance. Educate yourself online then go in and "talk the talk" - if you say things like " it needs and oil change" or " "it sounds like the brake pads are worn down" ( when it is obviously ) they won't rip you off

Wow. We have a Vauxhall Agila 2006, basically the same car body-wise and can appreciate how "compact" that must be inside! Good effort though.
