I was going to suggest this, too! My husband and I are total metalheads, but he does NOT like pop at all, whereas I like some stuff. He LOVED the Adele covers and acknowledged that they're lyrically very good... but only after hearing them as metal lol
@@MegaKat Being a total metal/rock/blues fan myself, I wouldn`t normally bother with the likes of Adele, but I think Leo is pure genius and love his covers.
Adele hates Leo's cover which makes me like it even more.

Leo is awesome! He's done over 400 covers, and my personal favorite is a collaboration with Violet Orlandi doing a metal cover of Roxette's "Listen To Your Heart".

He does an absolutely wonderful cover of John Denver's Country Roads.
He has literally HUNDREDS of covers, generally releasing one every week. He's a genius musician and arranger who can play most instruments. Hannah and Raves are also extremely talented which is why they're part of the touring Frog Leap Band. And yes I love him because he's almost always funny, and he enjoys what he does so damn much. Leo is his own universe. One that needs to be explored. He covers all kinds of music, from every genre, every age, he brings classics back to love
I wouldn't be surprised if you have seen the guy you thought looked familiar, in a guitar ad. His name is Rabea and he is pretty well known and does work with various companies to do demos/ads as well.

Im not a metal guy but I am a musician and I like it!!!....the guitarist has his own guitar channel for years
He's also a regular on Anderton's YT channel. In fact, he started as an employee there, if I'm not mistaken.
My favorites of Leo’s are “Dance Monkey” (a must), “Sultans do Swing”, “Hello” then all the rest. There’s one he does with his daughter who is about 11 maybe called “Cover me in Sunshine”. They’re awesome together.
He’s an awesome independent musician. From time to time he does colab’s w other RUclipsrs. He does everything. Plays every instrument, puts the video together, edits it all, produces etc etc etc.
He always has an original at the end where he does a lot of original work.
They are also in a band together that tours all over. Their concerts are amazing and they’re all on his channel to watch. Plus you get to tag along w them on tour as they party in various places.
He’s a great guy

So many other reactors stop the video before the outro kicks in, so they miss out on it which is a damn shame. He has a few MJ covers too, all of which are outstanding. Thriller's video is imsane.

Africa was my gateway to Frogleap Studios and Leo back in 2017. Since then, I've bought over 2 dozen of his covers, and look forward to his weekly new offering.
Leo is a GOD. His video outros are always as entertaining as the song he just covered. I *had* to put Leo's Covers into my playlist and let it go until it completed. I don't thing I skipped a single song.
One of my favorite things about Friday is checking out Leo's new cover. It's amazing that this guy pumps out a new cover every Friday (he missed once due to illness) and he's so creative.

Leo has made a ton of great metal covers. From "Africa" to "Eye of the tiger" and "listen to your heart" to "in the air tonight", and so on and so on. My favorite is still "Hello" from Adele. As far as i have read or heard he plays 7 different instruments! Leo is simply great and a lot of fun to watch. You should take a look at "Cover me with sunshine" which he did with his daughter...

Yes Leo's covers are great All of them have caught my ear in one way or another so much so that I have went back to the original artist and check out there music and were that artist is coming from and you are right in saying that Rebea is a face that you have seen in an ad he just came out with a set of signature set of pick-ups for guitars about a year or so ago maybe two years at most and he also plays in the Frogleap band that Leo has formed up to take his covers on the road live so yes please by all means check out all there stuff
