This is the most helpful video on caring for Zebra Finches I have seen. After watching I now have confidence that I can, indeed, care for my two new Zebras. This makes me happy and the birds happy too! Thanks!
pls help.....starting from 2 finches(male&female) in a year i have 14 finches😢😢😢😢....how to make them stop breeding????i dont want to throw d little birds outside, cos i live in cold area..they wont survive outside...so what should i do??ppl said if i throw d eggs, mom will produce more eggs,is it true??
They're not aggressive, but they will become aggressive if your cage is too small or doesn't have enough things that reduces their stress. Noisy? It's called "being happy", who doesn't like to hear happy birds? And why should one only buy birds that are quiet, then you might as well buy houseplants instead, and why are you thumbing up your own comment? What a pathetic thing to do.
@@Horizon-hj3yc I keep mine in a mixed aviary, I do find them more aggressive and noisy than the average finch but nothing wrong with you having a different opinion. I did misspell “noisy” and clearly didn’t mean to thumb up my own comment…… no need to call names. Let’s both enjoy our birds and move on

I read that you can buy chalk eggs at the petstore and exchange the eggs 🥚, so that the hen will breed the chalk eggs instead .
if you have a pair of finches can you throw out the eggs if you dont want chicks?
HI, Dr! Yes, you can throw out the eggs. Without mom sitting on them, they will die.
Thank you for your wonderful question!
Can i keep 2 females and 1 male ?
Yes, that's fine. They should get along just fine
Yes that should be fine 🙂
They are cute but aggressive and nosy, be warned
