1/2 cup grated coconut flakes
2 cups all purpose flour (I added 1 1/2 cup first and then I added 1/2 cup more)
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tbs cinnamon powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp mixed spice
2 cups coconut milk
1 tbs vanilla
3 tbs melted butter
2 cups sugar
FOR SOFT TOP:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp molasses (optional)
