@@Turbulento0 moderation for almost everything seems to be the key. I've gained a lot of muscle mass a strength this year. It's a slippery slope to be on. I look in the mirror and see a physique that i would have killed for in my younger year. But I still feel small. I spent most of my life feeling skinny and seeing myself as weak. Obviously there are still things I need to improve on. But it can become an addiction. Addictions don't seem to end well. I used to hate lifting weight. I never got stronger and i saw no change. I became really sick in 2021 with digestive issues that had me questioning if I was going to make it. I went down to about 135lbs. There were things I needed to change to remain health. I retired from the military with permanent injuries sɔ i justified to myself my laziness. I decided to get off my but and get a part time job. It helped.brong back my motivation. It was the catalyst that I needed to get motivated about life again. I went from a part time stockman to a manager in less than a year and I'm still there. I always hated to going to gyms because I was self conscious and I felt like I didn't belong there. So I built my own gym in my basement to help out. I started to get addicted and was thinking about it quite a lot. I'm 215lbs and I still feel small. It becomes hard to not take it to far like this guy has. I'm all natural and I hope that stays enough for me. So I see how it becomes to want to look a certain way and trying not to take it somewhere bad like my laziness had me in. This guy made me think of that.
