- We were at @IwaInfoExhibition the last few weeks, but the reason you haven't seen any new Ordnance Lab videos recently, is because @RUclips has been nuking our videos despite them being fully compliant with their polices.
Additionally the @ATFHQ's NFA Division has been playing stupid games with our Form 3s for Destructive Devices such as Molotov Cocktails.

We are working hard to get things in line here so we can resume operations as normal. Getting our new facilities and equipment delivered has been 50% of the issue. Receiving these strikes out of the blue has not made things easier. We have seen this happen with other channels as they get pummeled by the arbitrary enforcement of YT's guidelines. We also noticed how certain channels can get away with clear violations and not have any videos pulled or face penalization. Namely due to their size and the amount of money they make. As Sean said, we will address as adults and escalate our efforts as needed.
I would recommend putting your videos up on multiple platforms aside from just RUclips. Now if you have another platform you put your video's on that is awesome. However, I am not aware of where else you exist. Also advertise said platform in your videos often such that if you get yeeted from RUclips you don't have to start from scratch. Thank you and good luck guys keep up the awesome content!
@@alphacentary We are only on this platform. Unless the other platforms can provide as much monetary return, it's only going to cause us to loose views. It's the same reason the larger channels haven't migrated: the alternative platforms don't pay.

I think this is the first I’ve seen a youtuber react to this issue like an adult. Extra respect to you guys.
Im curious to see how it plays out when the NFA division ends up inundated with IG complaints, FOIA requests, and discrimination complaints.
FOIA request have been repeatedly blocked/rejected/thrown out lately, regardless of what/why/who made it.
Also consider it has recently been publicly admitted on multiple levels that "news media" has been taking orders directly from the Whitehouse administration, on what to report, block, and when to "report" it.
In other words, "law" don't mean shit anymore, unless it befits a politician of the currently ruling party.

The media does as they are told by the government, but they are propaganda machines, not the actual violators. Questionable morals, ethics, and flat out telling lie? Yes, but not doing anything that makes them simple "criminals". The "government" does what they want, then has the media pushing the assumption that no laws were broken by "that side" and "no ill intent existed" then just conveniently "forget" to mention everything they just told you to believe was not fact, but their own biased opinion.
Of course, when the ones breaking the laws, are the ones that define what that law "means", well none of those laws could possibly be interpreted in a way that would make themselves criminals, could they?
They don't NEED the media at all, it just keeps their victims confused or blind to truth, which drives "we the people" hating each other allowing them to go on with violating any law that could get in the way of what they want to do.
And yes, "no ill intent" was the excuse for hillary's e-mail "issue". They even said she DID break the laws, but when she broke it she had "no ill intent" and "should not be charged". Yeah....who needs defense lawyers now? If you get caught breaking the law just ensure the police you "had no ill intent" when you robbed that liquor store then run over 5 people while running from the police, and therefore you shouldn't be charged for breakinh those laws....
Don't think that would work for us, but somehow works for hillary, despite her having "ill intent" with every breath she takes.

While I fully agree and applaud your use of caselaw, nobody (including the majority of our citizens) cares about the legitimacy (or the conditions) of the Constitution. To be completely honest, I'm amazed this channel still exists! Plenty of GunTubers have gotten way harder Strikes for just showing guns, you're literally showing how explosives work. Regardless of the fact that you are legally allowed to do it, your channel goes above and beyond what most GunTubers can get away with. I rapidly click on every video you make thinking it will be your last!
Also I'm not surprised you're now getting hit, plenty of small channels get taken down for less reasons once they get big. You're now big enough to be on the RUclips radar and I'm surprised you can still upload. I'll still watch as long as I can but if your channel disappears I'll be not shocked at all.
If we had included instructions and added political bias, sure. We would have been nuked long ago. We kept this channel as neutral as we could and also limit any info that could be perceived as "instructional." I seriously doubt anyone could watch all our videos and get enough data to start making explosives. If that was the case, a lot of news channels would have be pulled as they get pretty descriptive.
This is mostly due to YT outsourcing their censoring to people that barely understand what they are seeing or enforcing. YT doesn't top brass doesn't have to care much as they are in the top enjoying the moolah.

The other big problem is that you're comparing Apples to Oranges, You have 175Kish Subs, they have millions! There's a massive difference between pissing of the fans of a smaller channel, and gun channels that outperform major news networks. Is it a double standard, of course it is! I hate what RUclips has been doing for the last seven years. It all first started with Alex Jones and it was
"justified" because of what he said about Sandy Hook. People at the time went along with banning him because it was extreme. Now Brandon Herrera got a strike for having a video about the machine guns of Nazi Germany, he never said anything about the politics of the Nazi's; he just showed the guns, described them, and shot them. But because "Nazi's" he got a channel strike.
On another note, many Science channel's some times get into explosives. For example Cody's Lab has two million Subs and he has had multiple videos removed by RUclips because they involved explosives. RUclips removed these videos FIVE YEARS AGO! Point is that even the large Science channels aren't immune from RUclipss censorship, Backyard Scientist is another one where this happened.
When I discovered your channel I was psyched because I love this content and watched all of it knowing it would most likely be gone someday. Not cause you did anything wrong or illegal, but I've seen much bigger channels get hit for far less and they only had a "Problem video" here or there. All your content is a "problem", I'm stunned you lasted as long as you did.
Now maybe try to do what the others have done, make and sell the hell out of merch, take any sponsorship you can get, and most importantly keep making videos and grow the channel. Do that successfully and you won't need RUclipss money while having a big RUclips channel. I wish you guys the best, you make amazing content and I'm sorry to hear what you're going through.
It's no longer what the policy says its "how I feel" that will control if your video is allowed or not. Thats why even if you get a manual review it'll be done by one person and then your video striked down by another who doesn't like it and feels like it's a violation.

Nah. I know a lot of nonconservative LGBT channels that got demonetized or are having issues with YT. A channel I followed for endometriosis awareness even got demonetized and had to censor her videos about healthcare topics. She literally got demonetized and flagged for using legitimate medical terms like "uterus" and "vagina".
That's why a lot of the content creators I follow either upload exclusive videos for Patreon members or they get sponsors.

The actual problem isn’t censorship. It is breach of contract. You agreed to follow their rules and the agreed to allow you to utilize their platform for monetary gain ( hopefully) and that they will also monetize it for their own benefit. But when YOU agree to their terms, they ALSO agree to those same terms. Yet don’t follow them. The all encompassing “we can do what we want” clause isn’t legally defense able.
But here we are getting blitzed by them whilst they make billions from creators content.

I think you didnt watched this video closely... as they stated that they fallow rules, like many other channels that have that problem, and still YT remove videos without any real reason, or even explanation. In the same time keeping worst content rolling all the time or content that clearly breach their terms. So they, or rather their algorithms and few random workers, doesnt stick to their own rules and breaching contract... So... you know, its not about rules and terms of use. It's not really the "strikes" that are ate up, its the strikes for completely imaginary (as he said "violated guidelines for firearms" on a video that contained NO firearms). Also those strikes that are enforced using "guidelines" that pretty much say "whatever we don't like today and only today" that mean even less than a letter from the ATF that says an item is legal, at least it was at the time the letter was mailed, but not necessarily legal when you recieve the letter, or next month.

I was wondering if you were going to mention form 1 suppressors, and I’m glad you did. Reaching out to your representative is often mentioned in NFA groups, but things like FOIA and contacting the inspector general are much better options in my opinion.

There is a good chance RUclips developers have no idea that some videos get taken down, and possibly have no idea that you have tried to contact them about it. It is a scary thing that AI. Welcome to RUclips. Its been like this for a while. Things that are 'scary' to general audiences are pulled. I remember 2016 RUclips with rose colored glasses because of the kind of content I was able to watch. RUclips isn't the same in 2022.
you're on the right track here. the squeaky wheel gets the oil you just gotta know where to squek. reminds me of an online course i did. my trainers would take weeks or months to grade an assessment when they were only suppose to take 5 days. Turned out sending them messages, emails and asking other trainers was useless. What I figured out was I would use the student support system that was suppose to help with general course enquiries and complain about the trainers to them. They would get in contact with thier superiors and the worst course ever finally got done. I had one trainer completely ignore me for 6 months on a 12 month course that ended up taking 4 years of this sort of bullshit. I wish I learnt that trick much sooner.

Thank you for discussing the Form1 mass-denial, and forward courses of action. As a guy who loves DIY form1 devices (and their associated shorter wait times as compared to form4) it angers me that the NFA div just decided to reinterpret solvent trap parts = silencer parts.
Honestly I can see an issue with pre-bored monocores and the like, BUT if the solvent trap cup and endcap will not allow a projectile to pass through it, logic dictates it is NOT a suppressor part...perhaps a fragmenting shrapnel bomb part...but NOT a suppressor part.
Nevermind having to bore, clip, adjust length of blast chamber spacing, and adjust cup spacers or skirt lengths. This is more of the NFA div changing THEIR interpretation of statute to fit their wishes. And this is something that the NFA div has quite a storied past of. They use this when they don't want to be bothered with the legislative process, and they ABSOLUTELY should be held accountable.

I had to contact my representatives to start a congressional inquiry into the delay of my Form 4 Suppressor. 2 days after the inquiry started, my SOT called and said they had my tax stamp. I should have contacted my representatives way beforehand. My Form 4 process took 434 days for approval.
i love that you are actually transferring stuff to your friends that have SOTs (and all the right licenses)! so many people think its literally impossible to own a grenade or some other stuff like artillery. you can! you just have to wade through enough red tape

@@jlambuth As I understand it, the plan was for the the AI to to handle the initial pulling of the video and the review process was suppose to be handled by a human and then update the AI to reduce false positives. The problem is the AI was so god awful in the beginning that the human reviewer couldn't keep up and as humans cost too much so RUclips replaced the review process another AI.

I concur completely. RUclips does not give any reason for "pulling" videos ... That is wrong. RUclips needs to have a human contact that you need to talk to to resolve exactly what community standards are so you can "comply". By RUclips doing this they are are violating their actual FCC guidelines for users to publish. Keep fighting and don't give up.
These are defiantly videos that need to be put out there for people to learn from and how to go about fighting back against the government not following the rules/laws they set.
I am extremely grateful to have subscribed to your channel you have always remained neutral in the face of the vast majority of the issues and opposition that your videos face in our difficult times in our country, keep in mind I definitely respect the fact that you always go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to the facts about all of the information provided in your video's and state the facts with regards to the science and real-world application of said information, I do believe we have to hold RUclips in general to a higher standard of operation and they need to fully view every single video they decide to pull beforehand so they are not in violation of the first amendment a video that was clearly compliant with all of their policies surrounding the second amendment they assumed without checking it is obvious someone failed to do their job and do dilligance and follow up at RUclips as well as the ATF I hope you file multiple complaints as well as take legal action against RUclips in general as you well know all they have to do is make a claim and you have to spend the rest of your life proving that complaint false and that's wrong so wrong one cant begin to put that statement truly into words of reason without understanding thier truly political motivations, at this time I believe you could contact the NRA and just ask them for help in this matter as they would probably go to bat with you in this case because it seems the ATF and RUclips are attemting to lump your videos in with guns as their were clearly no firearms to begin with they have no case in court but I believe we all have to fight our own legal battles in court as individuals however this claim should speak to you in volumes, in a way if we don't fight this their will be nothing left for our kids to fight for they will take everything that soo many people have stood the test of time and died to protect the rights of people to share free information about facts that could one day save and protect our beautiful nation and that is a fact..................

It's funny when people complain some company is silencing them and their rights. No, you agreed to thier terms and they are able to do as they please no matter how stupid it is.
You fundamentally misunderstand the issue. While it is true that businesses can generally do as they please, there are still limits.
In the case of the code of conduct, the company cannot breach contract without getting sued. This is a case of RUclips not following their own rules which could potentially be a breach of contract.
Please keep calling RUclips out. If you leave this platform I'll watch you on whatever you move to.
It's a sad day when a channel as informative as this one gets demonitized for doing nothing but what they have done from the start of the channel.
