If you want a good fitness test/workout do the bronco test. 20yd, 40yd, 60yd shuttle 5 rounds for time. Ex. 20yd down and back 5 times 40yds down and back 5 times and then 60 down and back x5 it’s brutal but feels really good when you finish

What can you tell people like me that still get nervous when trying to coach? I tend to get nervous and panic a lot. I find myself stuttering a lot as well and I hate that I have this habit.
