I hate to kinda break down your list, but in reading the Black Butler manga, I saw an author's note about how the mangaka decided on the name of the butler. Apparently it's just the stereotypical name for a butler in Japan, similar to Jeeves in the US.
Kuroshitsuji is not yaoi at all...it's just the bad image the fandom created...my brother and boyfriend(they hate yaoi) LOVE the manga and it's mystery and all.(the first and second season of the anime is kinda bad, and habe a lot of filler, but the manga is awesome)

It's fans who make yaoi doujinshis of Black Butler, not Yana-san. Never. She creates fan service art that appeals to the SebaCiel shippers, and some scenes (like the corset scene) are intended as parody. The entire manga series is full of parodies. Just read the inside covers of the volumes....
I just started watching anime recently and Black Butler is my favorite. I got into it because of Japanese created otomes. One in particular has a butler character who even though he has a Japanese name goes by Sebastian. I love all the hidden references.
The Rick & Morty one is the most legit, that's not a coincidence. There was no point in that line or her not know emphasizing "HELL" but with the same enunciation as Sebastian. Actually it's been a cultural joke in Japan that all butlers are named Sebastian long before Kuroshitsuji was a thing. The origin is an anime called 'Heidi, Girl of the Alps', basef on the Swedish book 'Heidi'. That anime featured a butler named Sebastian, and it's been a Japanese stereotype ever since. So Kuroshitsuji's Sebastian is named after the stereotype.

I was once a Sebaciel shipper. And you know what happened? I educated myself that this can actually hurt people who've been preyed upon by adults when they were kids and then it's paedophillic. I hate to kinda break down your list, but in reading the Black Butler manga, I saw an author's note about how the mangaka decided on the name of the butler. Apparently it's just the stereotypical name for a butler in Japan, similar to Jeeves in the US.

There's more references to Kuroshitsuji in Durarara. The majority of them are actually with Erika and Walker (the two otakus). In the manga Erika talks extensively about BL and mentions Sebastian and Ciel.
There is also a scene in the manga where Erika and Walker torture a guy by making him pick a book from their collection of manga and they use the manga to inspire their torture method. The man chooses Kuroshitsuji and Walker and Erika then attempt to carve the satanic pact seal into the the man's eye with a solder iron.

It's common stereotype for butlers to be called "Sebastian" because of this famous anime from the 1970s called "Hedi, Girl of the Alps". It's been referenced in many material such as Gintama. The Black Butler anime, which rose the popularity of the original manga, was aired long after Lucky Star aired or even was serialized.

Actually it's been a cultural joke in Japan that all butlers are named Sebastian long before Kuroshitsuji was a thing. The origin is an anime called 'Heidi, Girl of the Alps', basef on the Swedish book 'Heidi'. That anime featured a butler named Sebastian, and it's been a Japanese stereotype ever since. So Kuroshitsuji's Sebastian is named after the stereotype.
Sebastian is a really popular name for a butler but its not because of Black Butler, but more like Black Butler used Sebastian because its a popular name for a butler. Shepard is a popular name for heroic characters for example.

There is also two in Overlord, one is that the butler Sebas full name is actually "Sebas Tian" a pretty obvious reference, another comes in one of the later episodes of Season 1's English dub when one of the pleadies says "And if I couldn't do that for my master, then what kind of maid would I be?"
