Sir Varthas was once a proud vileblood knight, serving his queen with incredible skill and grace. When the hunters came to slaughter his people, he fought valiantly, but was ultimately forced to flee his home, abandoning his queen and his duty to the throne. Disgraced and filled with hatred toward the healing church and its hunters, he wandered the world until he came across the pit. A voice rose from it, promising him vengeance if he would kneel before the darkness. And he did, being granted a blade of darkness he dubbed “huntersbane” he would swear his oaths to the being in the pit, unknowingly sealing his fate as its eternal servant.
Gameplay-wise ,the lore of this person in souls-like would be found through many item descriptions. Imagine Fromsoftware making Bloodborne 2 ,and that being a prequel, focusing on vilebloods! He would be the Ludwig of that game for sure!
Just wanna say. Even if your music doesn’t always blow up. All of your songs are really well done and high quality. I enjoy touring the depths of RUclips for fan made soulsborne music and your stuff is definitely a cut above. I know it can be discouraging when stuff you worked hard on (that’s better than your older music) doesn’t do as well in the algorithm. But I just want to leave a comment letting you know any lack of performance is just luck of the algorithm and not your music quality getting worse or you falling off as a composer. This is great stuff, keep it up.

Awesome theme. Are those muted trumpets? It gives the piece a subdued regal feeling and is really creative.
