When you install the jam nut after the new tie rod is installed, wouldn't you try to avoid twisting the tie rod for protection by using another wrench?
Yeah I go over how to keep the alignment as close as possible 3:45 in the video. Sounds like the tightening nut is in a different location prior to removal.
can the inner tie rods make a rattling or thumping noise over bumps when bad? got a 2000 maxima and the noise is driving me crazy! changed lower arms, outer tie rods and noticed the inners were loose.
Thank you so much for your awesome videos
Glad to help.

Can you do a video replacing the sway bar bushings? Thanks
Plan on doing that soon.
Could this be the reason why my 96 Maxima tends to sway when I hit small bumps on the road?
Check bushings for sway bar to start. This may help: ruclips.net/video/JeSvn6J5SP4/видео.html

Passenger side. It's a good idea to replace on both sides.

Sure could.
Appreciate the reply, thx.
That nut isn't reverse threads, you are just on the other end of it.
You're correct. I call it reverse threads so people can relate. Cheers.
CarsNToys so it's not reverse thread at all and I've spent hours tightening the nut. Thanks for nothing
