BTW, any cook that says they use "secret ingredient/seasonings"...news flash: if your other, 100 competitors also have a "secret recipe", then nothing is really secret.🤔
They are NOT Hamburgers ! Just Burgers !! There is NO Ham in those ground Beef Patties !! What originated in Germany was Hamburg Steak ! Not a Burgers or Cheeseburgers like what we have here in the U.S. The very first Burger originated in Athens, Tx at a Truck Stop Cafe in 1910 ! A Trucker wanted a ground beef patty placed between two pieces of Bread like a cheese sandwich that he could take with him and eat while he was driving ! The Hamburg Steak that originated in Hamburg , Germany was a thick ground up chuck steak grilled or cooked in a broiler and was topped with a brown mushroom gravy with grilled onions. Same as what we call a Salisbury Steak here in the U.S. !

How did the Texas bucket list get started
Well, the daddy (Texas) had intercourse with the mommy (Bucket List) and nine months later the Texas Bucket List was born.
Why do they take the corner of the spatula and chop holes in the patties when they’re cooking.
So the burger can cook more evenly and to make it more porous for the seasoning and juices etc...
N Shane , tighten up some with the show , American cheese ain’t real cheese, n you walk right past that fact all the time,
I'm gonna guess that you are an Aquarius
Sorry but the word is eSpecially and is not eXpecially. I have been hearing Americans make this error frequently lately.
