I don't find the lyrics dirty, they're just very raw and a contemporary way of expressing things that many poets have written about for centuries. The song is a very good representation of falling for a girl who deserves better than the manner to which she allows herself to be subjected. From an evolutionary perspective, all men "hunt" for potential mates, but some so-called men use very questionable and malicious means to achieve that goal.
Hell, actually, in retrospect, Ernest Hemingway was a brilliant poet and writer and even he had a very contemporary, "potty-mouth" style in his literature.

It likens this type of male courtship to predation, it being a combination of using alcohol and deception as a way to trick women into sleeping with him even though he's an awful person. The very end of the song is a repudiation of it (he's so wrong to be deceitful). How anyone could hear this and think it's some kind of endorsement is beyond me, but then again some people see fight club and American psycho and think theyre trying to create some sort of image of masculinity for men to aspire to, so... 🤷
