I’m in week 9 now, this video made me *so* excited - I’ll be able to do this too! Removing that last finger will probably occupy me for the rest of the year though :-)
@@RicRaxDota it just means that the supporting hand is elevated, with only the fingers touching the floor. You already do so from what you say, but I suggest spending more time on it, trying to lighten it little by little, until there is no weight at all on your fingers. Only then it is time to remove the hand entirely.
Really Good like it! Just wondering about sets/ reps. I know more is better but how much is too much to overtrain and how much is too Little to progress? Lastly how much do you have to train a day not to loose this skill?
Hi Dee Dd :) Those questions cannot be answered precisely without knowing your background and your current level. Also, for handbalancing, you can but don't have to count sets and reps. You can for instance have a 10 to 20 minutes period where you focus on one particular element, while resting enough to maintain a good technique. I cannot answer about maintaining it, as I am not and never did that. Always trying to improve :)

Yes you will get it, for sure ! Just don't rush the process and make it slow and steady 😉💪
Inspiring, nice one Théo! Awesome progression 👌🏼
Thanks a lot :)
Thanks a lot for watching this video ! Leave a comment before you go ;)
Once in a blue moon i have a good 1 arm handstand hold, but can't get any consinstency... any tips? :) i can only be consistent with 1 finger support
My tips would be to build this constistensy with piano fingers hold. Don't try to remove the fingers too early. First build, then fly.
@@TheoPhilosport what is piano finger hold?

What is the reason you are doin those weightshifts in tuck?
Simply to learn how to shift my weight with efficiency.
@@TheoPhilosport Why is it balance wise your are holding a shorter lever length?
@@Asadc1995 can be easier to control than the straddle, and you don't need as much mobility.
