Something tells me Boris's lifestyle isn't as unhealthy as it seems to be if Brown Sugar Cinnamon pop tarts are "very sweet".
American foods surpass normal levels of unhealthiness. Even bread is way too sweet in the US. It's insane how much sugar you all put in nearly everything.

Seed oils, flour, and mayonnaise (usually made with soybean oil, which also lowers sperm count) are very unhealthy since they are highly inflammatory, cuz they are highly processed.
Carbohydrates are long chain sugars, so not eating many "sweets" is helpful, but not by much.
I went carnivore and dropped 60lbs and 10" off my waist in 6 months. My A1C went from 10.3 down to 5.0 which means I'm no longer a Type 2 diabetic. My doctor recommended cutting carbs and I discovered the carnivore way of eating, so I went that direction and it paid off quickly. My doctor also said my body will continue to improve over the weeks and months as long as I stay consistent.
Carbs can IDI NAHUI since I sleep better, have a clear mind, no more depression and anxiety, no more dry skin, and my libido is what it was 20 years ago, when I quit drinking...go figure.
Meat, eggs, butter, real cheese (nothing that says PROCESSED or that contains plant oil) water, and black coffee is all I eat. My grocery bill dropped by 60% cuz I don't buy junk food, which is everything I don't eat now.
That said, I will never tell someone they CAN'T eat something, but I will explain why they shouldn't.

@@Jeff.78 I can get behind keto but why do you cut out all vegetables too? Broccoli, spinach, kale and many others are very healthy for you. Also if you have a sedentary lifestyle then it's OK to eat no carbs, but if you have a physical job on your feet all day you need at least a little carb. If you do intense exercise like weightlifting you will perform worse too with zero carb. I personally eat some carbs in the middle of work day. When I have nothing left to do in a day then I will eat a meal of mostly meat and vegetables.
