BUTTER CHICKEN PIES
Ingredients:-
600g Chicken fillet, cut in pieces
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Kashmiri chillie powder
1 tsp Chillie powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 /2 tsp Tumeric powder
1 tsp Tandoori masala
1/2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt
2 tblsp Tomato paste
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/2 tbsp dried fenugreek (optional)
1kg Puff Pastry/Butter Pastry/Flaky Pastry
1 Egg for Brushing
