Revolving Door Project Pan | September Update

September Update for the Revolving Door Project Pan.
For this project I'm taking every palette that I have in my collection that's been used before, that's not in the Pile of Shame project, and I'll randomly choose one palette at a time to focus on. I will have to create two looks with that palette to determine if it's something I want to keep in my collection. Once both looks have been completed I'll be grading the palettes on a scale to also help determine keeping in collection. The scale was from @beautyandbeyond347
