I've commented on this clip in another vid as well, check out the 2nd ref. HE is the one calling a net fault on the attacker, the 1st ref follows his lead (as he is supposed to in those situations btw). So yes there is a mistake, but it is absolutely possible that the 1st ref saw both the touch and the net fault of the blocker, but when your 2nd ref makes that call, it is possible that his call is actually the first made mistake and you missed that because you are supposed to follow the ball, so you should go with the call of your partner. Please take this into consideration.

From my understanding, you only replay a ball on a net violation when a player from both teams touch the net at the same time.

Sometimes it’s the referees who by mistake miss something, so we have to. Last point, it was possible for referee to see that the ball bounced.
But that is why there are two of them and they STILL miss those obvious calls.
