I have to disagree, the purported fault at :28 is not a fault on the person setting the ball because the ball is in both teams space (right above the net). Can someone disprove this for me?
Bad choice of words, but I think the following was meant. If a player touches a part of the ball that is in the opponent space, this is a foul. If he is touching the part of the ball that is still in his space, or over the net (that is 1cm thick, so good eyes if you can see the space that is for both teams), this is not a foul. Even if a part of the ball is on the opponents side. You are not allowed to touch the ball in the opponent space when playing a ball or attacking. And this happens at .28. with his right hand.

Of course the video is wrong... Middle of the net belongs to both side... Both teams will have the right to do whatever they want on the ball.
