12:30. Fun fact. Most women throughout history didn’t shave their legs as they had long skirts to cover their legs and stockings. But around world war 1 or 2 (can’t remember) their skirts got shorter as they were working in the workforce while the men were in war. This prompted them to start shaving. It wasn’t razor companies who pushed the idea they need to shave. Women did it to keep up their appearances
It's ironic when the woke claim that the beauty standards are problematic and misogynistic because they were created by the _cis white male_ when the overwhelming modern fashion trends were established by women.
Women historically wore stockings thick enough to hide their leg hair. This is what flappers did in the early 1920s, post WW1.
Shaving was considered a masculine thing to do. Only men had ever shaved, for hundreds of years! It would never have occurred to women to do such a manly thing. That’s why advertisers that targeted women never used the term ‘shaving’ back then. They talked about making oneself ’smooth’.
In short, you have the period right-ish (between the two wars) and are correct that fashion gave it a push - but it was razor companies who first sold the idea of shaving to women. Women were easily convinced, but it wasn’t their idea.
This Ryan Beard bloke was on America's Got Talent a couple of years ago. Home schooled, had one song (which was reasonably humorous) but couldn't back it up, never had a girlfriend and no social skills and is now rocking a podcast without ever being out in the World and achieved zero judging others - good on him (not)

I lost a friend from a stroke because of her weight, she was only 39 years old, she was not happy, she battled for years. She was the kindest person I ever met. Anyone who encourages that she have seen her laid out in her coffin. I smoke, there is nothing that would make me encourage people to smoke, and I'm 100% behind the price rises, and banning it from public places, it's gross unhealthy and if you're predisposed it can kill you. Why would I encourage it to others. And yes 2 weeks is to soon. But yeah as a female it's disgusting 😕😕😕😨 it's triggering me thinking about it, it's being pushed by 90% of women two Ralph eeewwww. I think it's more like watching a comedian who's one joke is to say something offensive attempting to catch a unicorn after working it up to everybody all day.
Like, yeah... you talk a big game, and lie, and are an asshole about it, but in the end he can't prove his point because it'd be antithetical to his point. Unicorns exist.

Meanwhile the majority of people look at Isaac, his comedy, and what he's saying and cringe. They feel bad for the people he attacks. And all in persuit of this one unicorn. The unicorn that doesn't exist, but because his ego and insecurities it MUST exist. Because if it doesn't, it proves him and his friends wrong.
