This is the first footage in which I've focused on him. Honestly i feel dumb that i overlooked this kid. He has potential and looks to make the best play each time down on both ends.

I thought people did that to create separation when they pull up for three, or to force defenders to overcommit and to foul them, but you usually see that from the corner. I don't know, I don't think his shot will bother him that much. It looks like he can hit contested shots pretty well too.

Signed to the Grizzlies with two way contract. Nets FO has no idea what they're doing. Trading Lin and missing out on the only guy who's NBA ready player on their summer league team, Yuta Watanabe. So glad Watanabe chose the better team. Nets are not gong anywhere. At least the Grizzlies has Marc Gasol a legit star to show him the ropes!

Dude is playing monster defense, has great length so he is tough to block, can distribute really well, good IQ, even has a decent 3pt ... prolly the most slept on player this year....
Reminds me of Trevor Ariza. Not overly athletic but has a good defensive presence and great length.

Trevor Ariza's super athletic though. Don't know why so many people look down on him. He contributed significantly to winning the NBA Championship. And even in his old age he was a key member of the Rockets.

This guy has great potential. Quick feet and hands, coupled with good shot mechanics and off ball activity. Dude can be a definite core asset on any NBA team.

He would be a great 3 and D player on a lot of teams.
The fact he is 6'9 just like Robert Covington is insane. The height advantage is crazy.
Thomas I like a lot of aspects of his game , but I look at his foot speed at 6'9 and shot blocking as the biggest strengths, you just don't see shot blockers that are that fast.....He will stick in the NBA for year's to come....Very rare kinda player, 6'9 , fast, passes well, blocks shots, and shoots 3's.
He does a lot of things well he will be a valuable role player

I know my Lakers have so many 6'9" guys, but please sign this guy next season! I think Watanabe and Ingram could play the 3 or even the 2 spot. Watanabe looks so controlled in his decision making on both ends of the floor. Perfect player to run with in transition, great finisher. Spot up shooting and plays defense!?! Showtime potential, skill, and length! We could waive Beasley or Lance next off season for Yuta. Or get rid of KCP's contract to save cap space. I could easily make this my go to guy coming off the bench for Hart at the 2 spot! I love versatile multi position players!
