    Opening my 529 account in July 2019, as soon as we get a social security number for our 1st born. Thanks for the education!

    Thank you very much for the video. I heard nothing but great things about the 529 Utah plan, and this video helps me a lot in understanding it. I will be opening an account soon.

    I have been following all of your videos regarding the 529 plan and you explain it exceptionally clear. I very much appreciate your thoroughness in your videos. I am planning to start 520 plan for my kid and am figuring out which one would be best between Vanguard Nevada 529 Vs Utah 529. based on this video i am gravitating towards Utah 529. It would have been best if you could provided some suggestions on the investment plans to choose in Utah 529 that would give high returns for a period of 12 years. Keep up the good work!

    What are the limits on 529 plans? What if you have great grandparents, grandparents, and parents that want to set up and contribute to a 529 plan? Do you combine them or let each one set one up on their own?

    • @TravisSickle
      @TravisSickle  Год назад

      depends on the state but in general, it's the total cost of college. so effectively, a lot.

      @@TravisSickle by limits i meant, the number of accounts? can each person contributing to a 529 open their own or do you try and coordinate all the different contributors to fund just one?

    • @TravisSickle
      @TravisSickle  Год назад

      You can do either. You’re allowed to have multiple.

    was not clear. if you have multiple children (say 2 of tem) do you create two separate accounts and having to fill in the information from the beginning?
    or can you just log onto one account and have two different beneficiaries with different fund allocations?

    Which other 529 plan do you have for your kids?

    • @TravisSickle
      @TravisSickle  2 года назад

      The utah and Florida 529 plans. I like the Utah plan better. I also have coverdell ESAs and UTMA but will likely not use the UTMA for college.

    WTH dude... You need to give insights on investments you chose... Is the age based portfolio better than static portfolio?
