Answering to your questions. 😃 Songs for Junior Eurovision don't have to be written and composed by children. Requirements for songs are that: song have to be 2:30-3:00 minutes long, at least 60% of lyrics have to be in national language, maximum 6 people on stage, backing vocals can be pre-recorded. In JESC the songs are usually released around September and October and JESC hasn’t uploaded all the songs because lots of songs are going to revamped and don’t have their final versions yet. They’re not released as early as songs in ESC

People are always wondering why Poland don't send for adult Eurovision songs like this. We never won adult Eurovision because in adult Eurovision artists composite their so boring songs. In Junior Eurovision someone also writes a song for a singer. This days children learn English in schools. When you learn a foreign language as a small child ( I think up to 8 years old) you can speak any language without an accent. I was learning English when I was in my 20 s.
Please please please react to last year spanish junior eurovision entry. She really set up a new level. Melani garcía./Marte. Which is a song about how we need to take care of the ocean. But her voice it's out of this world. Please react to this unforgettable performance
