I lived in phoenix for a year.. never experienced a land spout but the dust storms and monsoon rains were unbelievable for sure
Wow. What a rare catch
Are those tornado sirens?
No. Just an ambulance.
Michael Ellison Phoenix doesn’t have sirens for tornados for what I’m aware they have no reason to pay for them
@@timezy7822 ok thanks
Arizona doesn't have tornado sirens and nobody here has a storm shelter. Tornadoes here are very rare, and damaging ones are almost unheard of.
I was in Scottsdale, and all we had was a whole lot of rain.
Impressive. Too bad I am on the west side of the valley, we didn't get a drop! Thats the monsoon for ya.
bassboylowg I live on 19th nearby the bookmans. Saw a rapidly rotating wall cloud and a funnel to the north but no rain though. That means we're next
Haha I live in the surprise area and it always misses us lol, everything east of Peoria always get it
Is it a tornado inside a microburst ?
Ʈoɳ ɀjґЪϧϨ no this is heavy rain and a landspout tornado is inside
(y)
Yes you're right😃
@@markischermaximilian You just explained what a microburst is....but without the straight line wind thing.
Here in az Phoenix we never get tornados rarely just sum dust storms
The 2021 tornadoes in northern Phoenix 💀
Kinda stinks that a lot of th time, you can't see the tunnels on landspouts.
It's a funnel not tunnel
@@MarcPhillip911 I mean that lol. Typo
That makes 3 or 4 tornadoes so far. Marana, Goodyear ( footage of possible tornado), Cochise county, and now downtown.
Alex Lubbers add the one by Prescott few days ago
i stand corrected. that makes 5!
What part of Phoenix?
Ellen Van Pelt south I saw me and my family we're driving down the freeway from sky harbor.
Funnel cloud we get them once in awhile nothing compared to OCT 2010 when we got hit by golf ball hail did 100 million dollars in damage went up north flagstaff area had a F3 tornado from that storm. I remember that day was laid up from knee surgery at home and I checked online radar showed the storm as white colored moving up I-17.
2:47 I seen this same type of rainbow just last week, in Phoenix!
Its 2?!
Tomi Keys 4. Marana had one, someone in Goodyear filmed one, a picture of one was taken south of Tucson, and now this one. It's been the year for tornadoes I guess
When a tornado is that small you're supposed to throw it back.
Arizona doesn’t have tornados
Yes it does.. I live in AZ seen it happen in my town as well as micro bursts
Erica Parker I live in AZ to it was probbaly just a storm and a micro burst
@@raazaqandraaz A tornado touched down near Yuma Arizona on October 13th.
Everywhere in the world has experienced tornado-like weather or has had a tornado.
Hello I just found out that Arizona in some parts do have tornados
That's huge! Anybody hurt?
Tomi Keys that's not the tornado that's the microburst.
a tornado is in the micro burst you du*****
@@dylxnchn nope just heavy rain
Lol I’m glad 😃 that wasn’t a car 🔥
OML MY AUNT ARE YOU OKAY RIGHT NOW OR BONELESS(my aunt lives there
unusual to see a land-spout between two rain shafts like that
This seems extremely unlikely because Arizona is basically 100% a desert, but it happens pretty often I guess
Arizona is not 100% a desert! There are high elevation forests and other topography too
There was a tornado forming while my sister was at first friday which was near the tornado. I still remember being scared for her...
Wow xD another one I lived in Arizona and pheonix FOR A LONGGGG time and this is rare
Wow!
I was in this the day it happened... ugh it was intense
THE WORLD HAS GONE MAD AND THE WEATHER HAS TOO
Blue Sky Tornadoes happen yearly in Arizona. Its not rare its just underseen. They last little time here which is why its hard to get Video of it. And the az news doesnt rlly report it much cuz they are such small and weak tornadoes
*are so
I miss your live videos and storm chases. :(
I wonder what part of Phoenix
Glendale never gets tornados
