Hello just purchased the unit was looking at focusrite but thought we would give it a try. What is the secret to registering the unit tried for several hours. Error message Serial Number is invalid. TY
If you have gone to the PreSonus website, created an account and registered the serial number, and it is saying the serial number printed on the product invalid it sounds like you need to talk to the people you purchased it from... Good luck!

Hi - Yes it works well for me, I have used it with Windows 10 without issue. The demo is on a Windows 10 machine
It was made for windows 10 :) not like Focusrite
