@@bbew2914 yep, at my school we used to have a system where you could trade in an item (house keys, phone etc.) For a tie if you didn't have one, and then you would swap it back at the end of the day. The thing is tho, if you lost the tie you're not getting your phone back. Now we have a system where if you don't have your tie, you get a uniform mark, 2 uniform marks you get isolation (a teacher takes you to a room for day and you do your work in there, with the exception of you being allowed to have a break in a restricted area without your friends). Basically, not having a tie is just as bad as getting into a fight.
