The Knicks have a clear identity of who they are: gritty, scrappy, aggressive, going after rebounds and loose balls and getting steals, making second-chance shots, and just being all-out relentless. The Sixers have NO identity - and they have still been in every one of these games. They could easily be up 3-2. They desperately need a number 3 guy who can give them 20 points a night guaranteed, as well as some rebounds and assists. It's not Harris and it is not Oubre Jr. When they get this number 3 guy things will begin to fall into place. They have at least 3 first-round draft picks in 2024. They could draft a number 3 or use these picks to trade for one. We'll see. I am still not ruling them out of this series against the Knicks. How can Maxey play this way at the age of 23!?
Kev your boys are exactly the new blood of fan this city NEEDS. I’ve always felt like the entire city is a pessimistic fan base. I can remember Andy Reid losing his 3 straight NFC championship and people were literally calling for him to be fired. I want everyone to think positively about the future and maybe we’ll get it. But we always think it’s gonna go bad and it usually does.
