Hey, HOT DOG DAY!, i never did look for an event calendar that shows all the National Celebration day's, or whatever you would call that, I still need to do that. Yeah, these can be pricey for what they are, but I always look at it like this, this little pouch is one lunch for me, if I were to go out and get lunch at a Fastfood place I would pay a whole lot more, and then that makes me feel better about buying these little pouches, Thanks for the comment buddy, have a great Thursday
I still do them, just not as much as I used to Breelyn, I've had many expenses and situations where buying Beer to review has become difficult, but finally after missing 2 of my Beer budgets form 2 Paychecks, I got my Beer budget back, but still have to be careful, and stay at my budget and not go over so much like I used to. I got some stuff to review yesterday, and some stuff to do revisits from many years ago when I was but a Rookie at doing this Hobby, Thanks for your patience, I appreciate it, have a great weekend

Today I'm building more biltong box prototypes and making jerky because top round went on sale for under 4 bucks a pound. Have you done your own jerky yet? I get SO much more jerky than store bought and it also tastes ten times better. It's so cheap making it like I do. I have been using cardboard boxes, skewers, and diy metal hooks with phenomenal results but it works so well, and they're free so I am just still having fun testing new designs. I will make a nicer wooden one soon, but in the meantime I will not miss out on jerky to be had
@@mixedmediaartgirl300 Ive heard of people making their own Jerky, and Ive had some Deer Jerky, and Rattle Snake jerky some years ago from a guy I worked with. Most of the Jerky Ive had was from companies sending me some to review for them. Ive thought about trying to make my own , but it just isn't the right environment for me to try something like that. That's ok, people get busy with their regular lives, very understandable. I'm doing alright for an old guy, just been busy at work, and have had many projects going at home, but that's what's been keeping me from aging to fast, so I'm just keeping busy living, I hope you're doing well also man.
