- Casa Orquidea is a 2,676 sq. ft. one story furnished home with a 45 ft. lap pool and huge garden. The lot size is approximately 1/4 acre, and the dimensions are 46 ft. wide by 230 ft. deep.
This recently built and renovated home is absolutely stunning with an open floor plan. A bodega for garden tools and a compost area complete the back of the garden.
The big lot is wonderful for your pets, and there’s plenty of room to add a studio, casita or whatever else you might desire.
