Sadly encountering a legendary Pokémon in the wild is nearly impossible, the only ones that can spawn are the Lake Trio which are Azelf, Uxie, and Mesprit but those are already insanely rare regional spawns though you may have a higher chance of getting it through the daily incense. The only way you can easily get legendaries/mythicals as of now are raids, special research and events.
@vbqddiee5077 I had 2 encounters with Galarian Articuno before level 35. Daily adventure incense increases the galatians birds spawnrate slightly, but you're right they're still very rare, less then 2 percent spawnrate.
I have cosmog so i evolved him to comoeoem but i need 41 candys to efolve solgaleo-lunala and it have around 80 iv not bad for me a noob player without any l3gendaries dont including cosmog
