- Jeez this project took way longer than I expected, life stuff getting in the way as usual but oh well. I've loved this show and the fandom for a long time now, hope you all enjoy. Thank you TOH, we will all miss you dearly.

This, in its purest form, is a love letter to TOH.
Some moments I liked:
0:47 Important relationships that fell apart (and were later rekindled, if both parties were still alive).
1:05 (Lilith) mirrors 2:18 (Amity), with both of them holding up a valuable item as they make a decision that will change the course of their lives.
1:10 the lyrics (“How far we could fall…”) reflect Belos’s fall to tyranny. (The Collector is also shown on fall, which is how Belos betrays them…)
1:52 Lumity!!! Their moments of growth and support and love.
There are so many Luz scenes followed by Eda, and I just love that.
OMG I didn't even notice the Lilith and Amity parallel in my storyboards! Thank you for sharing ur thoughts with the timestamps btw, it's really awesome to hear other people talk about small things they've noticed about the animatic or TOH in general

there's something truly special about finding obscure animatics that just hit just right and show clear passion and creativity for stuff... Gosh, I wish I coudl get myself to make things like animatics out of the things I create in my head when listening to music... Anyway this is literally the best

It’s animatics like this that make me want to learn how to draw. I have so many ideas I can’t do because I can’t draw anything more complex than a stick figure 😢
I like that you showed Amity and Willow's hooky fort with the line "hand in my hand and promise to never let go." I also cry every time I see the ending on kings tide.

This is soooooo good!!! I loved how the scenes changed with each and every lyric, including every character and the struggles they faced throughout the show!

Thank you so much for coming up with this. The song, the scenes match perfectly with the lyrics. At 0:30 with Luz’s transformations, the one with eda and her sister at the beginning, and luz and amity twirling around through their seasons together, and just the whole thing is such a beautiful tribute you have created. TOH has helped me (and many others, I’m sure )through quite a lot. If you don’t mind, I’d like to share what your video reminded me of everything TOH has done for me.
Eda taught me to make my own destiny
King showed me that tiny people are pretty powerful too
Gus made me feel seen as a young prodigy who’s never taken seriously cause we’re still young
Willow helped me see that us reliable ones have the right to feel sometimes too, around the people u love/who love u
Amity showed me that even the worst people can learn to change for the better
Hunter taught me to trust people and open my heart again. Even though it’ll be hard, it’s possible
Below/Philip showed me that, yes, there are still bad/crazy people in this world. But in the end of the day, light will always win.
And Luz..well she showed me the most important thing of all. She showed all of us to keep being weird, no matter how the world tries to shape you. Because one day, you’ll find people who love you for who u are, a place where u don’t have to hide or think twice about being u.
Thank You Dana Terrace and TOH team. For this incredible and unforgettable journey. And thank you LIMEMONADE for this amazing TOH tribute animation(seriously where did you learn? Any tips for a young aspiring beginner animator?).

Wow.
This show really gets to me. The love that I have for it is indescribable. It holds a special place in my heart. All the characters, the places, and the things that were learned by the characters. They honestly get to me. I came to this fandom late in the game (like, very late, I'm 95% sure that Thanks to Them was out at that point) and still have a few episodes to catch up on. But I remember turning it on on Disney XD because there was nothing else on. The episode was Agony of a Witch. It was at the part where Eda and Lilith fought. When Eda was getting possessed. Now, remember, I had never watched the show before. But that scene... gave me chills. When Luz came home later in the episode and broke down, so did I. It says a lot about this fantastic show. It made someone who doesn't know anything about it cry. Seeing this makes me choke up. I'm glad that I found it, but I never really got to experience watching until the end of the season, so I could eagerly wait for the next one. I just hope Dana and the crew realized how many people they touched with this show. How many people had been changed because of it.
Including me. The one who was late to this crazy ride.

I animated this one in Clip Studio Paint! Lmao i used to draw everything on an illustration file then import the individual frames into an editing software, very scuffed but yeahh

This was a beautiful way to send off a show like The Owl House. It's been a wild ride and even if it's only been 2 months since it ended at this moment, the memories of it won't fade away any time soon. I love the watercolor look of the backgrounds, it gave the entire thing a more solemn feeling. The song used was also very lovely and so fitting for the story and the characters within it. Fantastic work on this, it turned out amazing!
