Thank you for showing the full process without speeding it up. I use your channel as a tutorial and watch, then stop and work on that part on my own machine, then play more of the video and stop again. Very helpful! Thank you, from Oregon.
Great video, I do this so often on my 66 treadle I think I could do it in my sleep! Good idea about laying out the screws. Maybe a magnetic mat would help? Sometimes an old toothbrush can be invaluable! I always love watching the videos, keep 'em coming!😊
Girl! You got me when you said screws need to be placed back in the same hole. Well you should see the mess I got myself; 5 machine to put back together 😅 I better start 😱 panicking now🤣🤣🤣.
@@SimplyStitchy I hope so. Just bought another model 66 red eye. Decals are the best I got. Everything move only need to be clean I think so far . No cabinet.
I noticed you still had the felt oil wick. I changed one yesterday. I’d love to lean more. I have a 99 hand crank that’s missing the little spring to hold the wick
You might be able to pick one up on eBay. Sometimes parts come up on Etsy and Mecari too. I think the part number could be Simanco 32599 but I'm not sure you can still get them.

@@SimplyStitchy Found a Western Electric from 1917. so clean with complete storage cabinet. Electric cables will need to be replace for sure.
@@carmencolon3520 I haven't come across any Western Electrics where I am. You take care changing out those wires!
@@SimplyStitchy I will happily be paying for new wires. Doesn't make sense to ruin my beautiful home.
