Look, heads need to roll, starting at the CEO level and the Executive levels responsible for data security . Nothing else would be acceptable to me as a Patelco member, which I am. If these people are not worried about loosing their jobs, something is wrong with Patelco's Board of Directors. Then, I need to seek my banking services elsewhere.

My account went negative for the first time ever for absolutely no reason after the hack and I’m really concerned I made a dispute. I really hope they cover the overdraft fees like the website says.
i cannot change the bank payouts on ebay until i can provide my account number from patelco.....i opted for paperless and have no idea what the account number is now......neither do the service reps.....so i cannot get an ebay payout until they come back up. ridiculous
No evidence has suggested they have, but that doesn't mean much. People are correlating BTC transactions all day so that the dots can be connected at anything. It's still early.

I was patient. I only keep my emergency fund there. I have 2 others elsewhere. I don't do any transactions or checking there. I got lucky I guess.

There are no news of them admitting to paying the ransom. We'll surely learn more in the next few days.
