Old Spice|| Gentlemen’s Blend Bar soap Review (aloe & wild sage)

Well, after using the swagger old spice bars I really thought that these gentleman blend bars would really be catered to us men. Unfortunately the bar itself other than being a 6oz rectangle and all white, is very similar to the normal old spice bars made for men. The scent on this one is very bright and floral. The aloe and sage are very detectable but the scent is very bright. You get some base woodsy notes but not enough to make it musky in any way. The bar left my skin pretty dry and flakey. The scent did not last after getting out of the shower. Overall for the $4.00 US this cost you can buy 8 bars of the regular bar soaps and get basically the same quality if not better. Stay clean gentlemen.

Oh yeah old spice! I clicked this one so fast. They have some of these in winco, pure sport scent i think. It smells just like the deodorant! its so good. Great review :D

I love smell after shave old spice original ( in USA i think the name is classic) . Do you know this smell?

Yes. Growing up as a kid I always loved the original Old Spice smell. It was spicy and musky. It was a very mature scent. The original deodorant was a great smell.

maybe go over maybe ingredients or the type of soap i.e. tallow or glycerin etc. I personally will always check ing's to see what kind of soap it is and what's in it

It is most likely a saponified soap or a mixed blend.

Ive noticed some fragrances can contribute to drying depending on whats in it. I usually go for mild or natural fragrance or none at all if it feels drying

@@NickDrinksWater Sometimes. My problem always was that I love Old Spice scents but the bodywash was too drying. The bar soap however isn't, except for this one obviously.
