      When you understand & feel the “motions” your hands & sticks are making, then moving them to other sound sources is easy. Max nails it. Look closely at his motions.

      Animal Noise : ruclips.net/video/twPJXezYNpQ/видео.html. I used this fill as the basis for most of the fills in the cover.
      The grouping starting with A) K K L R R L R L L I prefer the most. Try also to implement B) R l R l l K (that is a 6 note grouping ) 👉🏼 fi A) 9 notes x2 = 18 then B) 6 notes /so A+B= 24 notes! You got your own fill! Good luck

    @dwjames Yes, practice with a click and count along with it. 1,2,3,4. Start very slowly and speed it up as you get comfortable. Take care,

    @Makksor Thanks! I use the Digi 002 rack with Pro Tools software and usually I use 3 mics, 2 overhead mics (Kel HM-1's and a Kel HM2D on the Bass Drum. Sometimes an SM-57 or 58 on the snare. Then I mix the audio and video in imovie.

    @bunnygurlx not really, it's the exact same mic as the sm 57 but with a vocal wind screen...and the 57 is the most common snare mic...

      Just play a few singles at the end of the lick like he does. Or start the fill on a different beat. Also like he does in the tutorial. Good luck!

    When you get up to the faster tempos, the accents sound like they end up in the same place no matter which grouping you start on. Am I hearing that correctly? Seems to sound the same no matter where you start it
