  • Excited to finally be back in Dubai! After a 16 hour long non-stop flight, my first stop was an intense boxing training class. I needed a good strength training and cardio workout. After boxing, I went to have an ice bath in 5 degrees celsius for recovery and to help get over the jet lag from the flight. I spent 15 minuets in the ice bath.
    After I went for a swim in the lagoon at the Anantara Palm Resort to cool off and relax. Its one of my favorite places for a swim.
