Then Ankha visits your campsite for the day. You have to do this 3 times and fully interact with her, building her the DIYs she gives you. Then on the 3rd day you get to pick who to kick out of your village and she will move in the next day. I actually used an amiibo card to get her. If you go Ankha hunting you get the joy of island hopping 200+ times and hopefully you'll get her
