contract properly. Featuring renowned expert, Dr. Devon S. Delion, from the
University of North Carolina School of Medicine.

I was told by 2 of the best doctors for Fibromyalgia. They both said it was the worse case they have seen. I have a milk allergy and the lactose was getting in my muscles why I ached all over. I switched to Lactose free and I haven’t been having all those symptoms. I also discovered I was an Empath, I would take on or feel others pain. I learned how to deal with that. It’s hard around crowds, so I put my hat on as a sign, closed for business

Even without having asthma, maybe the medication could be standard treatment for this condition for someone like Lori, so she can have a more varied diet

Perhaps someday Lori could share recipes & other things that help her along in the journey. Being a chef is there a way for you to show us our enjoyment for food through her creations while on this journey?

I was diagnosed with it due to allergies caused by gluten and caffeine. Now I can eat those without any reactions and any medications. I created a technique that really works and i'd like to share it with people who are suffering this condition.

Has anyone tried Liposomal Taurine? It is a major anti-aging supplement and
it is a major anti-inflammatory that promptly changes conditions for the better.
This problem would be a major bummer. My heart goes out to them.

Sjorgren’s syndrome have similar characteristics. I wonder if pilocarpine would benefit?

I have had Sjogrens and swallowing problems for years. Coughing constantly when trying to eat. Dry throat & constant friction of food going down & now I have a narrowing in my gullet. I have been told liquid diet only henceforth. I have lost 10kg in 3 months because I cannot take in enough food. I have had a gastroscopy & 3 endoscopies.

Very difficult to deal with dry eyes and throat
I have had a tiny amount of success with broths, tender foods, powdered Bone broth (ancient nutrition) mixed with kefir and yogurt. Eggs. Soft food s
I have to be careful not to inhale my foods which can be really bad.
Interesting success stories Jordan Peterson and his daughter Mikhalia
I hope to try their meat diet. Even with baby food for a time 🙏❤️

Ask About biologics... most of the time if you make less than 100k /year, you can qualify for free medication.

first place to start is to remove all dairy from the diet. that means butter, yogurt, cheese, everything. you have to inspect every single label of food you eat. no dairy. for the majority of people, dairy is the main trigger. the other common triggers are the ones listed in the elimination diet like wheat, soy, eggs, fish, and tree nuts. tree nuts are actually the least common trigger according to the data. cutting dairy either solves the problem or gives tremendous benefit in like 90% of people with the disease. good luck

I was diagnosed 7 to 10 years ago. It took 3 years of testing to diagnosing. A routine of medication and double premedication before food type events and finding out my triggers of carbonation and cinnamon helps keep it a bay. It always feels like a lump in my throat and trouble swallowing at times. I now know when it starts to acts up and and can stop it from happening about 75% of the time. Frustrating disease.

are you saying carbonation triggers it for you? how is that possible? are you sure its not the corn syrup in the soda or something else?@@paigepoinsett8939

@@paigepoinsett8939 Gee how did you get diagnosed so long ago. It took 10 plus years for me to finally be diagnosed. Started with the feeling of a lump in my throat all the time and at the end couldn't swallow even water.
