I bought my charger from eBay. Wall-wart Kastar brand for $7. No. It's probably a firmware update that this has that fixed the original issue of the anti-shake feature just breaking and rendering the camera unusable.
It's at least worth something, I wouldn't give it away. The EX-V7 is notorious for lens errors and issues with the image stabilization system usually rendering the camera unusable, and they're generally quite fragile so I can't recommend using it as an EDC camera. But this one is still functional and in decent shape. Unfortunately it's not like I can sell it to a camera/electronics store in-person, since it doesn't have a serial number.

@@gyuxedits2213 At the moment I have it listed on my local Facebook marketplace for $80, though granted these were never that durable to begin with, and many of them have since broken. This one is still working ok despite the "lens error" message popping up. Everything is still fully functional.
