This is why Translink need to put yellow phone box's on the full barrier level crossings I only see them on the half barrier level crossings they need to install them on these type of level crossings because of this type of stuff or other things happening again

The train you saw was 4013 and that was very rare to see also I would like you to film Kingsbog, Kingsmoss east, West and Ballymartin level crossings because they have LEDS now and also they should refurbish Coleraine level crossing because it looks ugly also I seen 3017 ( with graphite still on it)k onew Year's day at the level crossing after Moria level crossing (on the way to Portadown) IDK what the name of that crossing is tell me and I'll know Happy New year by the time Matty

I've already filmed Kingsmoss West crossing while I was testing spots on the Londonderry line between Mossley and Antrim the video of the crossing will be up soon. Also I have very little interest in the cafs so they are not my top goal for filming I would gets shots of them maybe once or twice a month to keep viewers who do like cafs happy so if you have wondered why there is not many caf videos that is why.

It would have been sorted faster if the old signal box was still around

If you see that happen next time use the yellow phone to alert the signal man! If that lorry had diced with death and got hit, you'd never be able to live with your actions! I know it's unlikely but still

Trooperslane level crossing doesn't have a yellow telephone box

The Lorry could not have got hit! The crossing is interlocked with a protecting signal. The signal will not show a proceed aspect if all four barriers are not fully lowered and locked. Also there is a signalman watching the crossing and is in communication with the driver of any approaching trains. Also if the pumps were to fail then the barriers will automatically drop and fail in the lowered position, (fail safe) to protect road users. Multi-way layers of safety. BUT on a half barrier crossing, there is no protecting signal, so if somebody decides to zig zag around then it is going to end very badly indeed!
