    why are people commenting on the price?its London, what do you expect? This is normal for the region

      @NinjaArt99 5 месяцев назад

      The problem is that it shouldn't be normal. Most people in london will never be able to afford a house anywhere near this price.

    Crazy, and whats even crazier is the estate agent colluding and agreeing to sell for the asking price instead of talking some sense into the vendor for a more realistic price

    in Fulham that would be a bargain, an unmodernised terrace can be that much, the developer has done a Dame good job

    That's looks absolutely naff....whoever had the bright idea to paint a red bricked house black?
    Yeah, that really makes it more marketable.

    I wonder how many people actually have £1,400,000 to spend on a house

    • @syedahmed1387
      @syedahmed1387 9 месяцев назад +4

      Judging by the number of houses that get sold in that range, quite a few.

    Overpriced. Badly done at the front cheap plastic door cheap bad tiles - painted brick will cause damp.

    I'll take that £1,400,000 and build a nice vila elsewhere with lots of land around it, oh and i'll have enugh to get a nice car too. What does London offer besides high crime rate, bad traffic jam, racism, outdated infrastructure, extra taxes and loads of polution? Nothing luxurious about that terrace house, just the bare minimum in todays age for the average working class. As crazy as it might sound you can't even sht without your neighbour hearing it, so privacy is out of the question... just to put it out there!!

    Sagar Bhai. The developer is going to lose a lot of money on this.
