Amazing how a "developers" can really create something so flat and bland. No doubt they used expensive materials but seeing the first half of the video then skipping through the remainder nothing stood out as "wow - thats beautiful". it all just screamed Heres a nice "something", yes, we rid any chance of the next owners putting their own touch on the place and we just want to get rid and get our money back. They could have easily done less and reduced the asking price. That would make a lot more sense. This house could have been just a HMO.

This is the worst house I’ve seen recently! Lots of vertical space but no horizontal! 😂 Underground cinema room - worse than a bunker or a prison! Tasteless furnishing, no nature whatsoever! Won’t buy it for a storage never mind living in it!
Literally anywhere else you could buy one OR MORE real villas and a bunch of land surrounding it, but yeah, shell out 3 millions cause you have to live in lOnD0n!!!1!!1
New York, Paris, Singapore … they’re all pricey. If you want to live out in the sticks of course it’s cheaper. Less demand means lower prices. But these places are world cities and you pay the price. No one has to live in them. People choose to because of what they offer and the salaries. That’s why inner London is the richest place in Europe.
