Я предлагаю вам посетить Пиерию, Греция. Это очень красивое (недооцененное, что означает относительно дешевое) место в северной Греции. Вы можете увидеть там мифическую гору Олимп и найти дешевый мех, если это вас интересует. Спасибо за ваше видео о Cyprous. Я проходил там военную службу, во мне проснулись приятные воспоминания

Yes mam , that is correct. My family was brutally murdered in the north of the island by the turks during the invasion of 1974. The flag is representation of the illegaly occupied areas of the north of the island. This flag and the illegal pseudostate are not recognized by any other country except turkey and there are United Nations resolutions condemning it. I would suggest that you remove it for the sake of decency and for the support of the laws of the United States as well since youtube follows all U.S. laws. The U.S. condemns the illegal state of "trnc".

Zach, I am really sorry about your family. I had no intention to hurt anyone's feelings, trust me. I can not remove the part in the middle of my video now. I hope, you understand. This was just a flag I saw and filmed as a tourist, knowing really really little about all of this back then.
I understand your feelings but I also want to say that I did not state in any part of my video that I support any of the sides.
It's ok you didn't know that is why I posted some information so you could understand. The entire Cyprus problem is one big minefield and these problems and memories never go away especially for people like me. As you can see my compatriot above had seen this video too and gotten annoyed and it is understandable because almost all Greek Cypriots had either lost someone in the north or lost all what they own up there as it was stolen. Anyway you did a good job with your video and I hope you like my country. Zaxarias
