- There were a-hundred-and-30 murders in the Western Cape in the last week of September. Now, Police Minister Bheki Cele plans to saturate areas like the Cape Flats and Gugulethu with police. It will include members from different disciplines of Saps combat units. Cele says retired detectives will also be brought back. eNCA's Ayesha Ismail takes a closer look.

It seems like the only job that Cele is doing is to read the crime statistics to the nation and not fighting crime
What is he supposed to do? Is he supposed to be in uniform and run the streets of the Western Cape chasing thugs? Make us understand.
@MrEvansjethro he must ensure that police are doing their job, those who are suppose to run after thugs just do that.
@@MrEvansjethro he needs to improve crime fighting strategies, increase training and professionalism of saps members and reduce corruption in saps.
Instead of reading stats and doing nothing else.
The only solution is to give the Citizens the right to get rid of Criminals themselves, because the Justice System isn't working...😮

And when citizens take matters into their own hands they realize that the murderers and thiefs have way more rights than them,and get prosecuted within days,while the evil ones get bail within days,goverment is totally useless and does not have any positive functionality in society anymore,they need to go asap,also personal protection for officials needs to stop immediately so that they can feel what it feels like to be unprotected.
Police don't reduce crime when most are criminals themselves. Try uplifting people to reduce crime. Give them jobs, houses, finance their businesses and studies and speed up land reform to benifit the people.
