Milford Central Park 2023/2024

This is a depiction of the 2023-2024 Central Park Connection Project, between Main Street and Pettibone Creek. (Doesn't show west of Pettibone Creek where the new sports courts are located.) The new plan includes a reshaped drive entrance for better, safer access and a more manicured front yard; an accessible perimeter walkway; a boardwalk/riverwalk that includes a cantilevered viewing platform over the river with all-ages swings; two relocated landings for kayaks and canoes; a new parking lot; and a new picnic pavilion styled after the LaFontaine Family Amphitheater. The park will be planted with all new riparian plantings along the river and gardens and trees along the park.
