I played on mac before but now it looks like I cannot play on windows anymore. Has anyone else faced this problem and figured a way to play on both platforms?

So this DXMT just only works with DirectX 11 while D3DMetal of Apple Game Porting Toolkit can work with both DirectX 12 and 11.
    Am I correct ?

correct at least for now. its possible dxmt may go after other directx versions after there happy with dx11 support probably.
      from their GitHub -
"The goal in general is to implement a graphical API translation layer, from Direct3D to Metal. And currently we intend to first focus on 64-bit Direct3D 11 and Metal 3.1 as source and target, on Apple Silicon. Higher (as well as lower) version of Direct3D probably will be considered, but we won't support any older version of Metal. (That's to say, macOS 14 Sonoma will be a hard requirement.). Intel devices are not primarily supported, but will be considered if possible (because the memory model is different)."

I wish you could auto one time code on Windows XD That would be so nice to choose at least one computer that can bypass that, but still get the free teleport.

    These videos are pure gold!
    Can I ask something?
Thinking of upgrading from my MBP 14” M1 Max to the 14” M3 Max
But I’m worried about thermals and performance.
I find my M1 Max lacking in performance and lags a lot. Which is strange.
I never get the same performance as people online, so I’m afraid the 14” M3 Max will have the same issue.
What’s your experience with the M3 Max? Does it overheat and get loud when playing, editing etc?
Or should I go for a razer blade?
Sorry for the long comment. Keep up the great work!

M3 Max has been nothing but incredible for me. no lags, ever. for everything other than gaming, its almost too powerful! does not get too hot unless I'm playing a heavy AAA game.

      @@macprotips I see!
My one seems to lag even just browsing through the finder, dock freezes and lags sometimes. Which is odd since it's max specs m1 max...
      But I might invest in a m3

Isn't it a much better option to simply never give your money to Apple? The game runs on Linux ;)

@@chrism6880 what’s wrong with apple? this mac is an incredible device with an insanely good screen, speakers, battery and the operating system is incredible. in my opinion it is much better than linux.

@macprotips Apple is an evil company that tries to use its market position to unfairly squash competition, and doesn't understand how commerce works. That is, if you buy a Mac, you own it and can do whatever you want with it.

do I want to use a useful and intuitive operating system or do I want to use Linux? hmm
