@@GAKUTADA you're welcome
Thank you so much for sharing! if we are doing a character from the beginning would you advise to model it first before grease penning?
Thanks! If you want 3D character I recommend to do 3D modeling but if it is only 2d, Grease Pencil is fine I think
Please make more work in English!! The west would love you teaching them this style of animation!!
Yes! Thats my plan on next:)
5:10 - how do you change into grease pencil viewport??(((( I firstly do everything in 3d viewport; but how then change into grease pencil? cause if I try to open it in 2d animation regime, it still opens in 3d(((
HI, so why the shading part? why not just drawing it at this point? Ty
It seems like you have to have a 3d model as a base and then apply the pencil effect to make it looked like it was sketched out, so your person on the bird running was 3d modeled first and your girl looking happy in the distance laying on the ground , did u 3d model the little girl or is there a way to draw in 3d space without a 3d object as the base
Yes pretty much same method! I got basic model and GP paint on top
I love this tutorial. But when I try to move the head around the grease pencil strokes don't move with it correctly. I tried parenting them but still no luck. They are separate from the surface even though I was drawing on the surface.
For real? I am sure parent should work. GP is just another object
Hello. Is there any way to get clean color other than white ? I've tried some tricks but it blends with white since our bright/contrast node overrides colors due to it's power.
Yea I guess you could apply another shader to RGB and have color ramp
You can add a multiply node at the end and combine the output with the colour that want :-0 i.e. don't do any colour in the shader setup from Gaku and just combine it :-)
3:14 if you struggle with ctrl shift LMB here's a video on that one ruclips.net/video/wsBi5RJcUoc/видео.html
Hello there, your videos are so helpful. I m trying to do same as you done, but I m facing one problem. I have drawn lines on 3d object with grease pencil, but while I am rendering my image or video those back face lines also visible from the front face in render. How to get rid this issue. Thanks a lot for these tutorials.
I think in render setting for Z to turn on.
ruclips.net/video/trYFKNjo0Zk/видео.html
1:23 when i click on viewport shading like u.....the money face has become completely black....how do i fix it?
Possibly you have backface not turned on in material. Can you try again step by step?
@@GAKUTADA no no, actually I did not create the 2nd material. I was doing everything in first material. That's why it was turning black. But thanks for responding so quick 🤜🤛means a lot to us beginners!!!!
@@melodyyy7954 oh cool I guess you figured how to fix now. thanks!
Awesome
Cool!
