    I have tried so many expensive shoe inserts for my plantar fasciitis pain, and after breaking my Birkenstock insoles after 4 months my feet feel so much better. I highly recommend this brand. So worth every penny! ♥️

      I assume you meant "breaking-in" not "breaking"? :-) Thanks for your comment.

    1:00 that little toe part is actually very functional and helpful for taking pressure from a pain spot on my toe. My Birkenstocks (Arizona and Tatacoa models) are so comfy and perfect-fitting, I am looking for similar insoles.

      Were your Birkenstocks comfortable from the get-go? Or did it take time for them to become comfortable and broken in?

    • @LydellAaron
      @LydellAaron Год назад +1

      @@windermere2330 The birks worked immediately to relief pain due to two corns and they redistributed weight to the metatarsal area) which many shoes do not do this. This is the big comfort and surefooted stability here. They also give your foot room to splay out without being constrained. The cork does conform more to my foot but they were surefooted from the beginning. (wearing my Arizona's right now in fact).

    One thing that is never discussed for those of us with high arches is that people have different lengths of arches. My feet are only size 7 but my arch is not only high but also long. Almost all arch supports are too short and I feel an uncomfortable gap where there is no support. I wish these companies would have an arch length size as well as height.

    Will this work with Super Birkis and Profi Birki clogs? I have never seen any Birki retailers selling these in Canada (at least 7 years ago). Thanks for your video because I gerryrigged something in my clogs - a silicon heel cup from India plus a custom-molded arch support orthotic from Thailand below that. Worked well when they didn't fall out!

    I have a pair of Birkenstock bostons in the normal fit and they are too loose for me, as i use the narrow fit. I can return them so I was thinking of adding a inner sole to my Bostons, do you recommend this one? thank you in advance

    Would you say the Birko Sport insoles are the ones that ressemble the most the sandals bedfoot ? I tried the Birko Active (good but not as good as the original bedfoot) and the Birkocontact Sport (I found the metatarsal pad a bit too stiff and pronounced, even though I am subject to Morton's neuroma). What do you think ?

    • @frugalfoot4973

      It has been a while since I made that video but from what I recall I thought that the Sport Insoles did resemble the sandal bed foot quite well.

    For those with high arches Mephisto cork sandals are better.

      @@frugalfoot4973 Thank you. I will call them today. I will write up the answer to help others who want to order these. I think you order a smaller size but I will confirm. Thank you for this helpful video. I'm praying these will help my plantar fasciitia as I find the birkenstock sandals give me relief.

      Hi Greg: Thanks for your comments. I leave links below each video for products that I review. Or simply do a Google search to find a place where you can buy them. The Birkenstock arch supports are very good and a lot of people swear by them. They do keep their shape for quite a while.

      Each person is different. I wish I could say "Buy this one" but I can't. You have to make that decision. Try one of each - return the one you don't like (per any return policy).
