As a more open world / single game player, the right headphone / IEM can make a …. “world” of difference. I play pc titles with a few IEMs and a couple headphones with a wireless mic and value these reviews. I do enjoy my music, but also a gamer perspective for directional and open worldness for sound scales is important imo. Thanks Teknickel for another great review and awesome vid upload 🥰👍🤩😇
You do a fantastic job explaining how they sound to you. I could do without all the meme images but I can tell it's your style. Subbed and looking forward to seeing more from you. I'm into headphones more but looking closely at some iems to add to my collection
I sold the t3 plus as I found the blon 01 much better in games and movies. What do you think if you compare the two? I use Blon 01 with yinyoo cable, by the way, it sounds better this way.
I felt the same way until i swapped ear tips and upgraded the cord on the t3 plus and it changed the whole experience. Bass came alive and punchy. And the comfort of the t3 plus surpasses the aria.
what's the set up? I want to transition from headsets clamping. This would be my first purchase so if you can tell me what "accessories" I would need like adapters, that would be a great help.
I would say T3 plus as in fps game mids and sound clarity is the first priority. To me, blon 03 bass bleed into mids that's why blon 03 is not that good for fps game
Don't know what's supposed to be full about the Aria, they sound smaller than the cheapest Sony but also full headphones. I've never heard a less full sound as far as I can remember.
Thanks for this review. Actually, when I heard opinions from other RUclips channels, all of them said that the bass is very good, but in this case, my opinion is completely different. Just like you said, trebles and mids are nice, but both of them are (imho) much stronger than the bass and that's not very pleasing for me. Luckily, when I turn on the "bass boost" feature that is in Windows, bass is way better, but I'm still a bit disappointed that it's not like this straight out of the box. I still have to say that I use these IEM's with "Fiio K1" dac/amp, which could change the signature too.
use the foam ear tips. the issue with many people is that the silicon tips don't seal properly even if they fit right. you have to press it really deep to get a good bass response. this is not an issue with the foam tips. After using the foam tips I can confirm it has a touch more sub bass than the aria.
You should check out the Fiio FF3 the frequency response looks pretty interesting for gaming, and the fact that its a DD earphone makes it more interesting usually dynamic drivers have better frequency response in the lower regions so they tune them with more focus on the bass but the FF3 looks like the complete opposite of that.
Spinfits and moondrop spring tips (official from moondrop) are the best cilicon ear tips. foam ear tips are the best above all, however, it is not as durable as cilicon ear tips.

The blons have a terrible imaging so pinpointing stuff is really difficult. T3s for me.

Could you do a Tanchjim Ola review next? I heard it has a very wide soundstage and good imaging, must be good for gaming.
