I bought the patten from Etsy but I sad because when I did the clutch in the end was diagonal and not straight. I don’t know why, I’m frustrated. 😒😞

Thank you for this beautiful clutch. I have a question please. I bought the pattern and did it as written but it didn’t come the same, I always end with a diagonal line not straight and can’t bend it correctly
Excuse me, en the Row 2 Ch 1, hdc in front loop of first 44 sts. I understand that part, but it is you didn’t do it 🤔, ( 2 hdc in front of next) x 4, hdc in front loops of remaining 44 sts, turn/96 hdc/

This pattern is wrong not doing straight, it’s diagonal.
